Here at the Soundrangers Institute For Audio Wellness we record and create all of our own material so the quality is consistent and the licensing is clear. Once you've purchased a file, it is completely legal for you to use in your product or production however you want. You'll never have licensing problems, legal confusion, or hidden third-party expenses with Soundrangers sound effects or production music.

Established May 1998, Soundrangers is one of the original online sound libraries and the first to create all original sound effects and music. The fine online library Sounddogs is the only commercial site to go live before, and by just a few months. In recent years many others such as Soundsnap and Stonewashed have come along offering a variety of commercial sound effects libraries as well as some original sounds.

Our dedicated sound design team has spent decades creating sound effects and royalty free music for major video game releases, web and casual games, software, film, television, and major music labels, so we know what works. Once downloaded, our sound files are "plug n' play" -- trimmed up and ready to use with no additional editing necessary. Our production music comes with loops and mixouts. Our ambient sounds, (nature, animal, crowd sounds, etc.) are edited to loop seamlessly for easy deployment.

All of our sound effects and stock music tracks are exclusive to us because they have been newly-created in the secret Soundrangers laboratories. We created sound effects that are fresh and alive, and production music that you might actually enjoy listening to just for fun!
